A rare opportunity has been created for an administrator to join a national financial advisory firm at their Belfast location.

The purpose of the role is to work closely with and provide support for financial planning consultants by way of research, annual reviews and reports.

Experience of working in financial services is preferred, but administrators from other industries will be considered.

Role Summary

· Extract client data from Fact Find.

· Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis

· Assist in identifying areas for planning and identify solutions suitable to meet the client’s needs and objectives

· Research, analyse and complete recommendation reports for the adviser.

· Prepare suitability letters and reports – This will include the pre-completion of documentation ready for clients to check and sign.

The Ideal Person

· Have an understanding of the financial planning process

· Able to work within defined business processes

· Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision

· Prioritise and plan own workload

· Have attention to detail and accuracy

· Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients


· Graduate level advantageous

· Financial Background advantageous

· Working towards Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) desirable
