Sales Support Administrator - IFA Firm

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join one of the UK’s most dynamic Chartered Wealth Management Houses at their Roberttown location.
Role will include
· Fielding calls from Clients and Providers and dealing with queries
· Making up first call packs for Advisers – Obtaining quotes, key features and research material (file preparation)
· Fund/Model Portfolio comparison reports (fund research)
· Risk Profiling Reports
· Client Withdrawals & Fund Switching
· Preparing Annual Review Packs for Advisers for Client Reviews, including preparing the review reports
· Recommendation Reports non-complex (such as fund switches and withdrawals, Bed & ISAs) *training will be given in this area
· New Business Submissions on in-house systems and with Product Providers and assisting paraplanning team
*training will be given in this area
Qualifications and Experience
Must have previous experience of working within the financial services sector for at least 2 years
Qualifications – working towards level 4 preferred but not essential
