My client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to its growing business support department in South Tyneside.

The business is a national financial advisory firm with offices across the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Liaising with staff regarding financial information processing
  • Ensuring tasks and requests are acknowledged and actioned
  • Dealing with cross departmental queries
  • Processing all generalist documentation and updating internal systems

THE IDEAL PERSON

  • Generalist administrative experience in a fast-paced business would be an advantage
  • Proactive
